Child car seats were credited Thursday morning with saving two children from serious injury in a rollover accident, police and witnesses said. The children, secured in properly installed backseat safety seats, were largely unscathed in the crash, authorities said. Their mother suffered a minor injury. After coming back from Italy just last week, if this same accident happened there, i would have to say that the possibility of those children being alive today would be slim to none. It's hard to believe the amount of people that break driving rules. I saw from babies to very small children riding in the from seats of those tiny cars many sitting on adult laps. Very hard to believe they can get away with that.
