The local taxpayers will see nothing while the production company gets a huge tax free windfall.

May be we can do this with the carnies too. Every time we have a county and state fair the Carnivals come in and need "Teching" too. They come to a community and make it there home here every Summer. Let's not discriminate the carnies.
