Bisco drug charges lead to 5-year sentence

A Rochester man arrested leaving the Camp Bisco music festival in 2012 with multiple drugs was sentenced Monday to five years in state prison. Joshua Dangler, 25, had previously pleaded guilty in Schenectady County Court to felony drug counts, his attorney told the court Dangler has been in the grips of a drug addiction.
