Staten Island man accused of flashing tow truck driver on Thruway
GUILDERLAND A Staten Island man is accused of exposing himself to a passing tow truck driver Saturday on the New York State Thruway.
State police said they received a report about 12:30 p.m. from a tow truck operator who reported he was passing a pickup truck driving east on the Thruway in the town of Guilderland, when the driver exposed himself to the tow truck driver.
Troopers said the subject was located at the Guilderland service area and identified as Nicholas D. Lettiere, 60. He was charged with a misdemeanor count of public lewdness and released on a ticket to appear Thursday in Guilderland Town Court.
