OrthoNY forms spine team in Malta office

ALBANY — OrthoNY has announced the formation of a new spine and back team caring for patients in the Malta office.

Dr. Luke Rigolosi (acute pain management), Dr. William Montgomery (spine surgeon) and OrthoNY’s newest physician, Dr. Amar Parikh (acute pain management), will bring focused back and spine care to the Saratoga and Albany region.

The Malta office will also offer a full-body MRI scanner for back patients and a pain management suite for in-office spine injections.

Tully Rinckey adds senior accountant

ALBANY — Bruce Storm, an accountant with more than 30 years of experience, has joined the firm Tully Rinckey PLLC as senior accountant in the finance department.

As senior accountant, Storm oversees the financial activity and policies within the firm’s finance department and compiles and analyzes data in preparing the firm’s monthly financials.

LeChase names project executive

ALBANY — LeChase Construction Services LLC has announced the promotion of Ryan Faulkner to project executive.

Faulkner will assume management and oversight responsibility for several projects and the project managers in charge of them in the Albany area, be responsible for development of his core teams and clients and take a leadership role in supporting the management of the business, ensuring that job sites maintain a high level of safety and quality.

Faulkner has more than a decade of construction experience and has been with LeChase since 2009, starting as a project manager until 2011, when he was promoted to a senior project manager. He earned his A.A.S. degree in civil engineering technology from Broome Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Arizona State University.

Faulkner resides in Ballston Spa with his wife, Kelly, and their children, Evelyn and Alora.

Johnston to head Infinigy department

LATHAM — Joseph R. Johnston, P.E., will lead the Structural Engineering Department of Infinigy, the integrated technical services company that delivers turn-key solutions to the wireless communication industry.

He will be responsible for all structural engineering services, including tower design, wireless infrastructure analysis, reports and modification design for structural enhancement.

Johnston’s experience includes work with a telecommunications tower owner and structural engineering firms where he completed rigorous structural analyses of towers, antenna mounts, roof- and ground-mounted platforms and water tanks including members, connections and foundations.

He has expertise in tower modification designs and has worked closely with local building officials in municipalities throughout the country.

With six regional offices, infinigy provides nationwide coverage and support for wireless engineering, site development, environmental services and construction project management.

RealtyUSA office adds to its staff

SARATOGA SPRINGS — RealtyUSA has added Monica Di Schiano to the Varley team in the Saratoga office as a licensed real estate salesperson and director of social media.

Di Schiano, previously with Pinnacle Real Estate, holds the GRI designation and has five years of experience.
