2 charged in Saratoga Springs burglary

A Saratoga Springs residence was burglarized early Sunday morning, allegedly by two Saratoga County men, according to police. Police say Matthew John Cutler, 21 of East High Street, Ballston Spa, and Jakob Donnahie-Shute, 19, of Gordon Lane, Gansevoort, were arrested at approximately 2 a.m., after they allegedly broke into 9 Jefferson Terrace and stole property from the home.
