Four charged in string of Fulton County burglaries

Four people from three different counties are facing charges following a burglary spree in two Fulton County towns, according to state police. Margaret Mulligan, 21, of Fort Johnson; David Barton, 19, of New York City; Kenneth Gay, 17, of Schenectady; and Jahmel Hamlin, 16, of Scotia, were all charged with two counts each of second-degree burglary, according to a news release.
