Ellis parking garage proposal fails to satisfy neighbors

Ellis Hospital found ways to dim the lights in its revised parking garage proposal, but neighbors told the Zoning Board of Appeals that they didn’t want any garage at all. Ellis needs to scrape this Rosa Rd "plan". Build on Ulster Street that has already been ruined with a parking garage. A never ending construction zone that is destroying the last solid neighborhood in the City.
