A traffic stop on the Thruway at Exit 23 late Thursday night resulted in felony drug charges for an Albany resident. Thruway state police out of the Albany barracks in Troop T stopped a 2001 Chrysler minivan for a loud exhaust and tinted windows around 11:30 p.m. as it was exiting the Thruway.
