— A Warren County man and Walmart employee has been arrested after he allegedly engaged in prostitution while at his job, authorities say.

Foster M. Bills, 22, of Stony Creek, was charged with a Class B misdemeanor of prostitution after the investigation revealed that he was soliciting sexual encounters at his place of employment, according to the state Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Queensbury.

On April 23, state police in Queensbury were contacted by a manager of Walmart on Quaker Road in Queensbury after they received an anonymous complaint of a man performing sexual acts in a secluded location within the store. Bills was arrested at Walmart after he accepted cash for sex from an undercover state police investigator, police said.

Bills was processed at the state police barracks and was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Queensbury court on Monday at 9 a.m.

Stony Creek is located west of Warrensburg.
