Drunk driving charge lodged against Duanesburg man

State police in Cobleskill arrested James F. Waddell, 65, of Duanesburg for aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. The arrest was part of a state police sweep in Schenectady and Schoharie counties designed to remove intoxicated drivers from the road. Troopers arrested Waddell on McGuire School Road in Duanesburg Saturday night following a traffic stop for failing to keep right. His blood alcohol content was determined to be .18%.
