The Upper Union Street Farmers Market is set to move farther up Union Street, to the parking lot of the Coldwell Banker in Niskayuna, officials said. The move is on the agenda of the Niskayuna Planning Board meeting tonight, when a public hearing and possible approval are scheduled.
