Our elected officials are a disgrace. Is it any wonder that selling real estate in the City is so difficult? Who would come here voluntarily? For that matter, who woud come to New York voluntarily? Think about it - when was the last time you heard someone say "I'm going to retire in a few years. I think I'll move to NY"?

Do your HOMEWORK don't proffer illegal options. Don't put up straw dogs laced with false motivations. Find a formula to fund repaving, sidewalk, and sewer upgredes. Vince will survive, he always has.
