City man charged with setting fire to vacant house

A city man faces an arson count, accused of starting a fire at a vacant McClellan Street house in November, authorities said. Tyrone C. Beebe, 58, of State Street, is accused of starting a fire at 24 McClellan St. on Nov. 13. He started it using an open flame and available combustibles, according to papers filed in court.
