Girl missing from group home is located, then charged

Police on Thursday located the 16-year-old girl who was reported missing from a residential group home over the weekend. At about 11 p.m., Saratoga Springs police investigators John Barney and James Bell found Angel Williams-Guynup on Central Avenue in Albany. Williams-Guynup had left Kayderossas House on Saturday. She was transported back to the police department, where she was charged with one count of falsely reporting an incident, a Class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from ...
