A St. Johnsville man was arrested with a backpack full of fresh marijuana after fleeing from officers Saturday, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said. Deputy Tom Crosier and St. Johnsville Police Officer Michael Greene responded to a tip that Mark B.
