“From the SCCC Kitchen” offers tastes from Schenectady County Community College’s culinary arts program. Today, educational aide Lisa Valentine cuts up vegetables and fruit for Asian-style food wraps. Lisa Valentine’s wrap sessions do not include lyrics or big beats.
