Connecticut murder suspect arrested in Schenectady

Tip led Marshals to Walker’s location on Eastern Avenue

A man wanted in a Connecticut murder has been arrested in Schenectady, U.S. Marshals officials said. Joseph Walker, 23, of Waterbury, Conn., was arrested; he had been sought since May 23 in connection with the killing of 27-year-old David Caban earlier that month.
