Wind warning increased and Cuomo visits

The Capital Region's prospects for dangerous wind have been upgraded, with a high wind warning issued this afternoon by the National Weather Service. The warning goes into effect on Monday at 6 a.m. and lasts until Tuesday at 11 a.m., with Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schoharie, Schenectady and Albany counties included in the advisory.
