Man charged after showing loaded gun to Troy cab driver

A Vermont man was taken into custody Sunday night after he displayed a handgun in a dispute with a cab driver on Hoosick Street. At about 9:30, Troy Police patrols were dispatched to the Popeye's parking lot at Hoosick and at 17th Street for a reported fare dispute in which a pedestrian displayed a handgun during a dispute with a cab driver.
