Patrick Sisti died while on assignment, engaged in two activities he loved: fishing and writing. A longtime Capital Region res­ident who in recent years lived in Indian Lake, Sisti died Oct. 2 near a pond in the St. Regis Canoe Area in the northern Adirondacks, apparently while putting his canoe back on top of his vehicle after a day of fishing.
