Schenectady man accused of growing marijuana

State police say an argument that turned violent outside a Duanesburg restaurant led to the arrest of two brothers and the discovery of a marijuana-growing operation one of them had in Esperance. Justin R. Annis, 31, of Esperance, was charged with felony counts of second-degree robbery and second-degree assault. His brother, Joseph S.
