This is the first thing I saw this morning. It really amazes me that someone with money can get something approved so quickly- they obviously knew they were going to be approved or the signs would not have been put on the property! How long did it take for the town to approve Target- and how long is it taking for that weed infested, political sign dumping ground across from Price Chopper to be occupied? So very typical- I hope Kevin Corcoran and Grant Socha enjoy themselves laughing over the cocktails after the meetings.
"Make it look pretty"????? Seriously?
Shall I post a pic of the lot that I was referring to above? Now that needs to be made to look pretty!!

Oh, goodie... more empty store fronts in Glenville! The whole plan *sounds* wonderful... restaurants, shops, businesses, luxury apartments... but you guys are dreaming! You can't even fill the store fronts and empty lots that have lain dormant for YEARS!

So very very true Newyorker! The builder has the right last name and they are being catered to. Target looks great and we are very happy that there is improvement - but now we have Friendly's that is vacant, 20 pizza shops........maybe Socha will put in a bank! There's something we need.
