CVS in city robbed by man with knife

— The CVS Pharmacy at 2009 Broadway was robbed at knifepoint Saturday night.

According to police, at 8:36 p.m. a man entered the store with a knife and told the cashier to empty the till.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a 5-foot-10-inch, 200-pound white or Hispanic male wearing a gray hoodie and jeans.

No one was injured but he made off with an undetermined amount of money.

The man was last seen on foot fleeing south on Fairview Avenue.

Schenectady detectives are investigating.
