Man, grandmother face fraud charges

A grandmother and her grandson are accused of illegally receiving Section 8 housing benefits or lying on forms to get those benefits, authorities said. Arline Martin, 73, of Hulett Street, faces one count each of third-degree grand larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, felonies.
