Plane makes emergency landing at Albany airport

A single-engine plane taking off for Poughkeepsie made an emergency landing Friday evening in grass past the end of a main runway at Albany International Airport. The two people aboard the plane walked away unhurt, airport spokesman Doug Myers said, but the main north-south runway was shut down for more than two hours until the plane was towed away.
