— A 16-year-old who allegedly threatened the South Glens Falls High School community in a post on his Facebook page was arrested Thursday, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff’s deputies charged high school student Forrest R. Taylor, of 476 Fortsville Road in Moreau, with making a terroristic threat, a felony. The sheriff’s office did not provide specific information on the nature of the alleged threat. A person can be found guilty of making a threat, even if he never intended to act on it or even if he lacked the ability to carry it out.

Taylor was arraigned before Judge Brandi Burns in Ballston Town Court and remanded to Saratoga County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.

The teenager was ordered to appear at 2 p.m. Thursday in Moreau Town Court.
