Yaddo moves closer to landmark status

Yaddo moved one step closer Thursday to becoming a national landmark. The 400-acre artists’ retreat moved through the National Park Service Advisory Board on Thursday and will be going to U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar for approval of its National Historic Landmark status.
