Man injured, charged after breaking into Gloversville apartment: police

A Kent Street man was stabbed and injured slightly after he allegedly broke into a city residence and tried to assault the occupant, Gloversville police said. Michael Anderson, 22, of 25 Kent St., was later charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor assault. Police said Anderson forced entry into the upstairs apartment of 33 West Pine St., allegedly to assault the occupant.
