Holiday on the Avenue is spruced up, returns to Scotia

Holiday on the Avenue is back in Scotia this Sunday after a one-year hiatus. The Scotia Business Improvement District last year canceled the roughly 15-year-old event — which closes down Mohawk Avenue for vendors and entertainment — because they believed it had gotten a bit stale.
