Man indicted; allegedly shot up occupied residence

A city man was arraigned Wednesday morning on an attempted murder charge, accused of firing a gun into an occupied Elbert Street home over the summer. Joshua Harwood, 28, of Clarendon Street, appeared in Schenectady County Court before Judge Polly Hoye. He pleaded not guilty to the new counts.
