Schenectady man indicted in summer shooting

A city man was arraigned this morning on an attempted murder count, accused of firing into an occupied Elbert Street home over the summer. Joshua Harwood, 28, of Clarendon Street, appeared in Schenectady County Court and pleaded not guilty to new counts of second-degree attempted murder and first-degree attempted assault.
