Schenectady man faces drug sale charges after raid

A city man was arrested in a raid this morning on Lincoln Avenue, police said. James B. McCoy, 43, of 838 Lincoln Ave., is accused of possessing and selling drugs. Police said they recovered narcotics, cash, a rifle and a bullet-proof vest.
