Schenectady man faces drug sale charges after raid

— A city man was arrested in a raid this morning on Lincoln Avenue, police said.

James B. McCoy, 43, of 838 Lincoln Ave., is accused of possessing and selling drugs. Police said they recovered narcotics, cash, a rifle and a bullet-proof vest.

McCoy faces four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and one count each of fifth- and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

McCoy was being held awaiting arraignment.
