One night after losing its opener in overtime, the Skidmore men’s basketball team beat Widener in overtime, 56-55, in the Widener Tip-Off for Autism Awareness Tournament. Connor Merrill hit a three-pointer with three seconds left to give the Thoroughbreds the victory. He finished with 15 points. Skidmore had trailed, 51-43, with 3:51 left in regulation.
