Drunken teen leads to arrest of Stillwater man

A week long investigation into an incident that left a 16-year-old severely intoxicated and unresponsive resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old Stillwater man. Jeremy J. Ryf was charged with two counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child, according to a Stillwater Police release issued Saturday.
