Knife-wielding Schenectady man held woman in apartment: police

A city man is accused of chasing a woman around a table with a knife and refusing to let her leave, authorities said. Jario A. Prieto-Barios, 36, of Orchard Street, is accused of pursuing the woman with an 8-inch kitchen knife Tuesday afternoon at his residence, keeping her from leaving the apartment, according to papers filed in court.
