Police say man stole from charity

Police allege a city man helped himself to items donated to a local organization working to help victims of domestic violence. Carlos Figueroa, 18, of 2 Henrietta St., is facing felony burglary and misdemeanor stolen property charges following his arrest Wednesday, according to the Amsterdam Police Department.
