Storm's impact locally most likely not severe

The Capital Region will be right on the fringe of a nor’easter heading up the Atlantic Coast, local weather experts said Tuesday night. “We might get a few inches or it could be a total miss,” said George Maglaras, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Albany.
