Prosecutors oppose new delay in McGinn, Smith fraud trial in Albany

Federal prosecutors are urging a U.S. District Court judge to carry on with the trial of embattled brokers Timothy McGinn and David Smith, claiming their defense attorneys have ample time to wend through more than 5,000 pages of witness material.
