Great article Carl! The Buddhists in Amsterdam have been a very positive presence. Bridging cultural differences has been challanging at times and often difficult to understand which is Buddhism and which is Chinese. The two have been Intertwined for so long, I'm not sure they even know or if it really matters. They do bring something to Amsterdam's ever-shrinking table.

Oh how sentimental of you. In your arrogant way, you seem to be sentimental. However those who read you know you as a mean spirited nasty person who will slam any religion at a moment's notice. So give up this religious stuff because you don't have the sufficient education to do it just. Plus you are a bigot!

Hey mezz3131-- Please stop the adolescent rants. This is a forum of educated, well mannered citizens, not some rabble rousers you find kickin' around the curb side. Mr. Stock deserves an apology. By typing in @mezz3131 in the Gazette search box, I found your past comments marginally interesting, though not helpful to any discussion of merit. Please rethink your strategy and try to comment in a more constructive rather than destructive manner. We would all benefit by solutions to the problems at hand. Constantly finding fault does no good and only exposes mindless venting from the writer, nothing more. We will all welcome you back to the humble and curious Gazzette community should you choose to join our quest. As they say: Godspeed ol' man.
