Trevor Hiss scored six goals and assisted on two more Wednesday as Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake beat South Glens Falls, 16-1, in a non-league boys’ lacrosse game.

Nick Vincent tacked on four goals and three assists for the defending Section II Class B champion Spartans, who also got a pair of goals from both Austin Clark and Will Clark.

Tim Leahey fired in three goals, and both Nick Dodd and Jake Quay added a goal and three assists, as Shaker upended Schenectady, 9-4.

Jordan Zaman had a pair of goals for Schenectady.

Ashley Lefebvre threw a three-hitter as Waterford-Halfmoon edged Cambridge, 3-2, in a non-league softball game.
