Duanesburg school board president explores run for new Senate district

Duanesburg Central School District Board of Education President Cecilia Tkaczyk is the latest Democrat to dip her toe in the water for the newly created state Senate District. According to paperwork filed with the state Board of Elections on Monday, Tkaczyk has created a campaign committee to run for the 46th Senate District.
