Get your facts straight. Forty seven percent of Americans pay no tax at all. If you took every single dollar and every single thing that the 1% own you could not run this country for more than a few days. Take your head out of the sand. The Tea Party is the only party looking to stop out of control spending.

The inverse is actually true. Taxes are a factor in determining the rankings of schools. As Niskayuna taxes increase, the ranking goes DOWN, making the value of homes go DOWN.

wmarincic, and six members of the Walton family had a net worth equal to the combined income of the bottom 30% of Americans according to Forbes magazine.... Everyone pays some taxes whether it's sales tax, income tax or property tax -and no one particularly likes it!

Condom rates to various STD's:

CDC: In heterosexual serodiscordant relationships (i.e., those involving one infected and one uninfected partner) in which condoms were consistently used, HIV-negative partners were 80% less likely to become HIV-infected compared with persons in similar relationships in which condoms were not used. http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml...

Herpes: 30% lowered risk

Gonorrhea, Syphilis, and Chlamydia 50% lowered risk (Gonorrhea and Chlamydia can cause PID which causes scarring, pain, infertility and increased chance of ectopic pregnancy)

HPV: 50-70% lowered risk in males, some studies showing no protective effect for women.

NY Times? Please, they may pay but at the end of the year they get it all back and more with EIC which should be abolished. I'm tired of rewarding bad choices.
