Let me see if I understand this teacher evaluation business, which has been agreed to by the governor and the main teachers’ union. Carl: Perhaps we should have some type of rating system for our legislators..in my opinion my local legislators would get a rating of "ineffective." There is no perfect system for any group. Yes, you can say that if I didn't like my legislator I could vote him out, but in the real world...money talks.
