So I guess McCarthy cannot make things safer for pedestrians unless he ALSO gets to spend millions of dollars to make Erie Boulevard look PRETTY first???

Mayor: get a coupld of cops out there almost any hour of the day, but especially 8am, noon and 5pm. You'll also put a lot of dollars into city coffers with the tickets that can be written.
