New $20 million FMCC budget up 4.2%

Fulton-Montgomery Community College will see a 4.2 percent budget increase for the 2012-13 academic year despite slight projected declines in enrollment. The $20 million budget approved by the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors Tuesday pitches in the usual county aid.
