Sitting on the bench last season was a difficult adjustment for Union College backup goalie Troy Grosenick, who had starred in the U.S. Hockey League the previous season with some impressive stats. But the top spot was occupied by Keith Kinkaid, whose spectacular season earned him the ECAC Hockey League’s Ken Dryden Award as the top goalie in the conference, leading the Dutchmen to the regular-season championship.
