Almost everyone wants gambling (or so it appears) as a means to raise revenues. But when there are casinos everywhere, what will the attraction then be?

New York needs something novel: Prostitution.

Both prostitution and gambling are considered vices.
But we seem willing to open the door to gaming, dispite its negative effects on community. I submit that prostitution has less negative effects than gambling, and with it legal in only 1 Nevada county, New York would have a monopoly (for awhile) in this part of the country. Correction: NYS would have a monopoly on LEGALIZED prostitution, since the "profession" itself IS already practiced in all the states. Legalize it, tax it, bring in out-of-state money and visitors!
