CVS plan for store at Guilderland, Curry returns

CVS Pharmacy’s controversial proposal for a one-story drug store at the corner of Guilderland Avenue and Curry Road will get a second chance, despite continued residential opposition to the project. Members of the Town Board agreed to send the proposal to the Planning Commission for a recommendation on rezoning four residential properties for commercial use. Board member Matt Martin was the only one to vote against the resolution, citing his continued objection to the project. ...

are you kidding me--the residents of rotten-dam have no clue that always big business wins in this town-just look what golub did on route seven--moving a road to his likeing and removing residential houseing (FROM THE TAX ROLES)increasing heavy truck traffic and yet to build a giant wharehouse so all of us neighbors will have to look at everyday--so you people might as give up now--YOUR NOT GOING TO WIN AGAINST OUR OWN TOWN OF ROTTEN-DAM--a rotterdam resident of route seven--
