— A Clifton Park woman faces a drunk driving count, accused of driving drunk and crashing into a snow bank, police said.

Police found the driver on Mallard Landing North just before 5 a.m. Sunday, after responding to a report of a vehicle in a snow bank.

Charged was Lisa M. Warenda, 26, of 7 Nutmeg Court. She faces felony driving while intoxicated and felony aggravated driving while intoxicated, each based off a prior drunk driving conviction in the past 10 years, police said.

Warenda also faces charges of drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, refusing to take a breath test, failing to keep right and speed not reasonable and prudent for conditions.

Warenda was released to return to court in January.

A prior conviction, she was released, and she's only 26. That's why we have repeat offenders, there's no reason for them to stop.
